PlayNC has opened a business office in the state of Washington (WA). This means that effective 11/1/08, purchases made with a billing address in WA will be charged the corresponding sales tax. PlayNC has also closed its business presence in the state of Minnesota (MN) and effective 11/6/08 will no longer charge sales tax for purchases made with a billing address in MN.
